It's MacSupportplus understanding that within the last month, TalkTalk, have updated all accounts to 'automatically' include Homesafe. But what is Homesafe?

Almost 100% of MacSupportplus subscribers enjoy and take advantage of our remote log in facility. We securely connect to your computer and help or take over and perform the tasks needed or required.
We didn't just choose any old remote log in software, we researched the internet very carefully finally settling on Splashtop. We chose Splashtop because it comes with the most secure connection possible. CIA level security to be precise.
We, MacSupportplus, pay a heavy subscription price to Splashtop because we appreciate the security on offer, and, to ensure that when we connect to your computer, no one else is looking in or having access they shouldn't be.
TalkTalk, Homesafe blocks this facility. And even though you log in to your account on their web page and turn it off, It still doesn't give us the access we require and you are paying for.
We applaud TalkTalk for applying a Duty of Care. But! How far are they taking this when they are preventing us doing our work, as you ask of us?
TalkTalk for everyone? Certainly not us.
We have also discovered that 'pop up'window links to their website are also being blocked. We have attempted 2 links above and in both instance neither link will connect. If you want to look at the content, drag your cursor over the blue text, select copy from the Edit menu, open up a new browser window and paste the link into the search bar. This should give you access.
